Tech Heroes is a multiethnic project that aims to engage youth in solving community problems/challenges through technological creations.
ICT sector can be used as a common denominator to bring communities together, especially youth, by creating opportunities for them to work together.

Tech Heroes, the tech competition that brings communities together. In the pursuit to improve the communication of all communities in Kosovo, IOM together with jCodres Academy have implemented ‘Tech Heroes’ a technology competition that brings all 6 communities together.
Tech Heroes was held twice during 2019, the first edition took place January till March and the second started in September and is still going on.
Duration: 1 month
The general training objective is to equip participants with fundamental knowledge of programming and to assess their commitment and interest in becoming a true Tech Hero.
Duration: 1 week
During Design thinking, participants learn about techniques that help them in solving problems. They tackle a problem in their community and think of an idea that will contribute to solving that problem. Only the best ideas can continue to the next phase.
Duration: 2 months
Besides the advanced training in technology participants have the opportunity to partake in specialized training sessions such as social media, Business Development, UI UX, Adobe Illustrator, FireBase, etc.
Duration: 1 week
Participants learned to use collaborative and organizational tools such as GitLab. They prepare for the next phase, where they undertake roles and responsibilities in project implementation.
Duration: 3 months
During the Implementation phase, participants are required to behave similarly to a job environment, they have to attend planning meetings and take tasks and responsibilities. Each member of the team has a specific role, and specific tasks to execute in order to ensure that the team will deliver the final project.

Tech Heroes is open to all young people aged 15 to 24 who are interested in learning new technologies and developing their ideas.
How can you create a platform for different students with a number of same interests to meet in relevant clubs with each other to have communication , meet new people and receive material from our data. Another problem may be how young people through our platform find better solutions within a shorter time about the problem that you had in the following areas.
Our website's main purpose is bringing people from the so called "diversity" along, therefore each and everyone is ought to share their talent in the most artistic kind of ways, varying from art, music and most importantly culture. We think it's necessary to mention the relevance of union between communities that live in Kosovo. Regardless the nation, having each other's back is going to be our strongest mental point of being analytic as we all live in the same country.
