General Training in Technology

Duration: 1 month

The general training objective is to equip participants with fundamental knowledge of programming and to assess their commitment and interest in becoming a true Tech Hero.

Design Thinking

Duration: 1 week

During Design thinking, participants learn about techniques that help them in solving problems. They tackle a problem in their community and think of an idea that will contribute to solving that problem. Only the best ideas can continue to the next phase.

Specialized training

Duration: 2 months

Besides the advanced training in technology participants have the opportunity to partake in specialized training sessions such as social media, Business Development, UI UX, Adobe Illustrator, FireBase, etc.

Agile Methodology training

Duration: 1 week

Participants learned to use collaborative and organizational tools such as GitLab. They prepare for the next phase, where they undertake roles and responsibilities in project implementation.

Implementation Phase

Duration: 3 months

During the Implementation phase, participants are required to behave similarly to a job environment, they have to attend planning meetings and take tasks and responsibilities. Each member of the team has a specific role, and specific tasks to execute in order to ensure that the team will deliver the final project.

Final Competition

Duration: 1 day

The teams that are successful in creating functional project will be part of the final competition, their project will be assessed by a professional jury
